ESCADA offers a sophisticated and seamless return process, allowing you to return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. All luxury items must be returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your ESCADA account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
